It reminds me of something my mother said about labor a while ago. Its like God lets you remember it is painful, but not how painful so you will do it again. I rememember driving home for work thinking who in their right mind would get pregnant twice. Like of course the first time you don't know what to expect, but that second time who would willing sign up for this. But its the same thing. Like I think you know it happens but don't rememember the extent. Plus there is the amazing bundle of joy that makes everything worth it. Thursday, August 4, 2011
What I didn't expect, when expecting.
There should be a book. What they didn't tell you about pregnancy. Like Morning sickness is actually all day sickness. Or you can have smell aversions. Or excess gas and constipation not to mention for some reason I have an increase in mucus. (I know right it is not pretty). Of course it is all due to hormone changes. Or there are the wierd stomach and hip pain that is assocaited with the utereus growing. And I feel like a teenager again with this acne. What happened to my glowing skin.

BUT I must say overall I am SUPER happy. And honestly the symptoms can be ugh right now and I am every so ready for the much better 2nd trimister. I wouldn't trade any of this experience for anything.
